Terms of Use
Effective date: October 4, 2026
Your use of Oxxy is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement together with these terms.
Wellness, not medical advice
Oxxy offers breathing exercises for general wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease and does not replace professional medical advice. Stop an exercise if you feel dizzy or unwell. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before starting.
Subscriptions
Oxxy Premium is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
